New Customer FAQ's

Do I need to register? 
Yes, all attendees must register to choose sessions, attend the event, and be eligible to receive CE credits. 

Do I need to create a Freestone account?
Yes, by creating an account, you will be able to register for the event and future courses

Here's how:
1. Enter your email under the Create Account section on the login page.
2. Complete all required information on the next screen to create your account.
3. Your registration is complete when you see the dialogue screen thanking you for your order. 
4. You also will receive an email from Freestone confirming your order.

What if I have a Freestone account? 
Users who have used Freestone previously can use their existing login credentials. If you do not remember your password, use the prompt on the registration page to reset it. 

How can I ensure my system is compatible with the event platform?

We recommend participants complete a system check and get to know the event platform, prior to any live webinars

 

Technical FAQs

The website is not displaying properly. What should I do? 

We are always making updates to our website. Clearing your cache can ensure that the website is up to date. Select the browser you are using from the list below for instructions on how to clear your cache:

How do I bookmark my e-Learning Center for future use?

Why won't my course video play? 

Please ensure your browser and operation systems are up to date and meet our recommended requirements here. If you continue to experience difficulty launching a video in your course, we recommend trying an alternate browser. If this does not remedy your issue, please contact our technical support team

 

I'm getting an error message ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. What should I do?

Clearing your cache should fix this problem. See the links above for instructions on how to clear the cache on different browsers.

 

Viewer Interface Tips & FAQs

Audio & Video

1. To pause the video click on  ( II ), to resume viewing click on the arrow ( > )

2. Once your course video appears, you must view all of the chapters for the course, without skipping ahead, to earn your CE credit

3. To enlarge the video screen, click on the icon on the bottom right of the video ( [  ] )

4. As a reminder, be sure to adjust your volume and take it off of mute

 

Credit Checklist: You can track your progress with your online CE process and required steps by clicking on the "Credit Checklist" tab on the left-hand side of the course video. All steps that have been completed show a green checkmark. 

Quiz: The quiz is a requirement and 70% is considered passing. If you did not pass the quiz, then you need to scroll up to the top of the video and click on the arrow to retake the quiz.

 

How do I get my Course Certificate?

To receive a Certificate of Completion you must:

1. View all of the Chapter recordings in order

2. Complete the final quiz.

3. Submit the evaluation survey.

 

Can I save my quiz answers and come back later?

Yes, if you begin your quiz, you can always log back in to your Classroom the same way you did originally to re-launch the course and finish the quiz.

How do I fill out the survey?

First, make sure you have completed viewing all of the chapters and passed the final quiz. You can check your completion status under the "Credit Submission" tab on your lower left. 

Once your viewing requirements are complete and you pass the final quiz, scroll to the bottom of the "Credit Submission" tab and click the "Take Survey" button.
